Description |
Circular saw blade, also known as a dado blade, used at the Hotchkiss Brothers Company. Circular bore hole in the center measuring 1 1/4in in diameter to attach the blade to a saw. Each tooth on the blade measures 1/2in in height, and about 3/4in width between each tooth. The blade rests flat and smooth. Maker's mark stamped on one side of the blade: "THE PENFIELD SAW WORKS, INC. / THOMASTON, CONNECTICUT". |
